Pricing and Sales Tax

All list prices displayed on WatchGuys.com are bank wire prices and are shown exclusive of sales tax. Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping destination and will be added during checkout in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws.

Surcharge Fee

WatchGuys displays a discounted bank wire price as the primary price on product pages. If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, or any online merchant processor, a 3% processing fee will be applied automatically at checkout. This fee reflects the higher cost of processing these payment methods and applies to all non–bank wire transactions without exception. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the final price associated with your selected payment method.

Discount Codes, Coupons, and Gift Cards

Discount codes, coupons, promotional credits, and gift cards cannot be applied during sales events, to items already on sale or discounted on the website, or to orders where a manual price reduction or negotiated discount has been provided. Discount codes cannot be stacked, combined, or used more than once unless explicitly stated otherwise. All discount codes and promotional offers require a minimum purchase amount of $3,000 to be eligible for use, unless otherwise specified at the time of issuance.

WatchGuys reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, invalidate, or cancel any discount code, gift card, or promotional offer for any reason, including suspected misuse, ineligibility, expiration, or attempts to apply an offer to an order that does not meet the stated terms. All promotional offers and gift cards are subject to verification and may be declined or voided at any time.

Order Acceptance and Reserved Rights

Submitting an order and receiving an automated confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of your order. Your order is considered accepted only when WatchGuys manually verifies the transaction and prepares the item for shipment. WatchGuys reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any order, cancel any order prior to shipment, request additional information, decline transactions flagged as high-risk, suspicious, or inconsistent, and correct pricing or listing errors. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued promptly to the original method of payment.

Payment Verification

To maintain a secure transaction environment and protect against fraud, WatchGuys requires additional verification for certain payment methods.
All credit card orders are required to complete a Credit Card Purchase Verification Form. This form is sent to you via DocuSign immediately after your order is submitted. You must complete the form in full and submit all requested information, which may include a valid government-issued photo ID, a redacted copy of the credit card statement for the card used, and confirmation of billing and shipping details. Completion of this form is mandatory for every credit card purchase, regardless of order amount. Your order will not ship until verification is successfully completed. Failure to complete the form or provide satisfactory documentation may result in order delay or cancellation. WatchGuys reserves the right to request additional verification for any order at our discretion.

Cryptocurrency Payments

All purchases made using cryptocurrency are final, non-refundable, and not eligible for return or exchange for any reason. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature, and once payment is sent, WatchGuys cannot modify, adjust, or reverse the transaction. Please ensure your payment details, wallet information, and purchase decision are accurate before completing payment.
